So’ I have tested this for the recommended time and wow!!! Definitely can tell a difference. Weight loss and gain can effect the pelvic floor strength especially when your lacking on the regular exercises needed to main the area. I have struggled with urge incontinence for about a decade or more. Ia??m not totally sure why. Ia??m in my 60a??s but in good shape and not overweight. The last year or two, it has gotten progressively worse. Ia??ve gone to vaginal therapy (helpful for a few months), tried medication (didna??t work and the doc told me those meds are shown to cause dementia), tried a pessary (it didna??t stay in), then began the process for surgery. Browsing through Amazon, I saw this item and ordered it as a last resort. And lo and behold, it works. I dona??t mind using it at all. Ita??s a relaxing half hour once or twice a day. Most nights I dona??t get up anymore to use the bathroom. I hike every morning after drinking caffeinated tea, and I no longer have to look for a bathroom or tree! Very easy to use. I have had three children and also had pelvic floor therapy, but this is so much easier because Ia??m at home in comfort. This does help with incontinence and you still have to do your kegals either with it or without it. Definitely tightens things up to prevent prolapse.

I used another kegel exerciser several years ago and it worked for me But I like this one much better. It’s smaller and easy to insert. It seems you don’t need to use a particular kind of lubricant which is a plus, the one I used in the past required that I buy a certain lubricant. The pulses are much less intense, yet still appear to be highly effective at stimulating deep kegel contractions, much deeper than what I could accomplish on my own. I noticed improvement in my symptoms after just a couple of uses and I will continue to use it to continue to strengthen those muscles. Highly recommended.

Okay, whoever wrote that they couldn’t feel anything on any level: read the instruction booklet, make sure it’s inserted properly (contacts toward the side, not front/back) and use the indicator wand if needed. Because this thing is crazy strong. There are 4 programs. The P02 program is recommended for beginners and is the easiest/most gentle. They recommend starting at level 12. I don’t prefer the P02 program personally. But the others are great and you’ll certainly get a pretty powerful contraction at level 12! As far as how effective this device is in resolving issues – I’ll update after I’ve been using a few weeks and let you know!

Easy to use. It is akin to those Abs Simulator, except this is for pelvic floor.Was apprehensive at first but follow the 7 Steps in graphic shown on Amazon ( which is much easier to follow than reading the manual.) The device seems hardy.Certainly see some result after 6 weeks (twice a day usage, I am in my mid-60’s) . Though the manual said best result after 14 weeks. So I am hopeful.

Test the conductivity in your hands if it feels like it’s not working. Both metal sides need to be touching skin and there needs to be moisture for the test to work. I thought it wasn’t working on one side but it’s clearly working when in my hands so I’m excited to keep using it and building sensation.

I got this for pelvic floor physical therapy. I’m so glad I did. I use it on program 3, so it’s active for 5 seconds and rests for 3, for a 30 minute session AM and PM. I adjust the strength to where it’s nearly painful but not. Usually between 28 and 40. I thought I’d get a number and it’d be the same every treatment, but it’s not! Some days are more sensitive than others. I squeeze with it, like my GYN advised.After 4 weeks, I can cough, laugh, or sneeze with NO leakage! I’m not sprinting to the bathroom!I do still need to get there, but it’s not like there will be a flood on the floor in 5 seconds anymore. e???Super easy; just put a tad of ultrasound gel or lube on the tip and insert it with electrodes on the sides of the vaginal walls. The cord base will be facing up or down, not on the sides, if it’s positioned correctly. I switch it up as one side feels stronger than the other to my insides.e???To clean I use hand sanitizer and a washcloth and wipe thoroughly after each use. Just keep supplies on your night stand.I would recommend this to everyone with need for more kegels to shape up the pelvic floor. I’m nearly 60, BTW, and had one vaginal birth at age 28.Get it, and use it twice every single day if you want progress like mine.Also my GYN added Estrace to my arsenal to revive my droopy libido. This product didn’t work when I got it.I turned it all the way up and felt nothing. I filled out the form to return it and then I thought it’s brand new why wouldn’t it work. So I played with it and I pushed the cord in even more then BAM..It started working. It’s a simple short in the cord if you turn it it’ll work. Just make sure that the L shaped plug is plugged in all the way and it should work. Mine works great checking the cord is a lot easier then returning it. I’m so happy that I did not return it because it works AWESOME……2ND CHANCES ARE SOMETIMES WORTH IT FOR SURE!!!!!!! THIS DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SHOUKD. I’ve had increasing incontinence for a going on 2 years. Most likely from the beginnings of menopause..I have both stress and urgency issues. Regular kegals didn’t work. The product works great. The case did arrive scruffed up a bit but the unit itself was pristine and worked extremely well so I won’t dock any stars. Easy to clean. It’s best to lay down the first few times using it to figure out what muscles you’re supposed to feel targeted. Its important to insert it appropriately or you may notice a nerve being shocked if positioned to close to the outside. Once seated correctly it just feels like you’re flexing the way you should. I had to raise the power level up to the 70’s to feel a proper flexing action. It’s a good product.

I got this to tighten the lady parts for sex and my husband says ita??s working and I definitely feel tighter. I says you can use it twice a day but I only use it once. I felt results in about 1 week after using it for 30mins a day. I recommend lube! I was using lube when I first got it but got lazy for two days and it caused tenderness and discomfort at the insertion point. So dona??t make my mistake use the lube. Not sure why thickness is something they want mentioned in my review but hey, the thickness is fine and if this thing works as I hope the thickness will be much better. In all seriousness I’ve been using the system for a couple weeks now once a day on program 1 setting 20. I do feel like it is working to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. Try it! It’s worth than the price I paid for it. After a few sessions you will start to notice a difference. I used mine very low at first. I didn’t notice much difference but then moved up to 25 and very quickly I noticed a huge change. I’m amazed! I am 48 and had 7 children. There is no way I would have gotten the results as quickly just doing kegels on my own. My advice is to start the session off lower then move up after a few min so your body can Gradually adjust.

If you have ever seen or used a muscle stimulator such as those in Medspas then this feels just like it but for your pelvic floor. You really feel the contraction. It can be uncomfortable when you first start using it so you must start at the lowest setting and progress through the programs slowly. And it is uncomfortable because ita??s working. It is forcing your pelvic floor muscles to contract. I was very sceptical but this works.

This works, i don’t use it daily, nor weekly which i should at least use weekly. This has helped alot. TMI I use to cough or sneeze and i would pee myself, since using this it helps alot, i only use for an hour. But that helps alot. It has also helped with tightening as well. I recommend this product to anyone who pee themselves just for sneezing. I also recommend starting really low on setting and then gradually increasing.

I never write reviews but as a runner at 50 I was having to pee all the time or wear a pad. Yuck after all you are still running marathons at 50 to feel young not older. I guess I’ll start off by saying this thing works! I started it off on low and my vagina was squeezing it so hard I thought it was going to brake that thing in half!!! I think this is something for woman who have had children vaginally. I have 2 boys but had c sections, never dilated or had my water brake. So im pretty tight down there already. I’ve only been with 1 guy and im married to him.. My hubby asked why I bought this and said I didn’t need it. But I like it!! I did read a review about it being the size of a pinky finger. Definitely not true. Its way bigger than a pinky!! Easy to use. Lots of modes!! Easy to clean. Just be careful if you are already tight down there. Don’t use it on high. Just use low modes. But if you have pushed a baby out you could probably crank it all the way up…like I said I just used it on one of the lowest modes so im not to sure about the higher settings.

I’ve had a weak pelvic floor and had to stop running after I had a baby due to urine incontinence. I’m 4 years post partum and decided to try this. I’ve used it about a month and only once per day. I was able to run a mile without any leaking. This is HUGE! I still pee a little when I sneeze, but I’m hoping with continued use and maybe twice a day it’ll help with that too. This. Is. Amazing. I just received it and was excited to try it so tried it right away. Easy to use after reading instructions. They say most people start at a 15 intensity but I needed to turn it up to about 30 to feel contractions. I used P2 setting and felt that the stimulations were too far apart (rest of 15 seconds) so will be doing P5 tomorrow. I’m so excited to see how this helps my overall vaginal health and comfort, as I have never really been able to do or understand how to do kegels naturally. I totally recommend buying this thing!

Buyer beware! This works even if you “can’t feel it”. All those reviews that say it doesn’t work is probably due to them not being able to feel it working, even though it is. I made the mistake of using the 4 and 5 setting right off the bat and oh boy did I pay for that. I suggest starting at the low setting of 1 to 2 and gradually work up over the week. I’m so happy to report that after a week of use I no longer have urinary leakage when I jump or sneeze. I can do jumping jacks now without leaking. I’m not constantly needing to go to the bathroom. The feeling of pressure and fullness in my lower region has disappeared. The only downside of this machine is that it doesn’t come with a manual of what the different settings are for. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the product.

After having my second baby, my body has not been the same. I started having leakage issues and thought I was too young to be experiencing this. I was only in my early 30s when I had my girl but thought that I would get better with time. I was wrong. I am now in my late 30s and the problem has gotten worse. I was embarrassed that I was wearing pads to avoid leaking through my clothing. I decided to do something about it and bought this little magic device. It hasn’t even been a week and I can already feel a difference. Today us the first day in a long time that I sneezed and didn’t leake at all. I got this for inconvenience and issues with my pelvic muscles due to severe anxiety. After about two weeks I already notice an improvement. I am using this while working with a physical therapist to intensify my expertises. I also use it while laying in bed n it still helps a ton.

The iStim is a blessing for me. I’m 73 and started having leaking problems. I walk pretty fast on treadmill and some days pound the sidewalk. I try to get in 10,000 steps a day. I recently took up boxing, which comes with jumping jacks,etc. Because I couldn’t make it home without voiding on myself, I started wearing depends. (while walking outside for 1hour). At the gym I would have to stop treadmill almost every 15 min. I began looking for something on Amazon to help with this leaking problem. I found it with the iStem!!. I noticed a difference within few days. When I think about urinating, I don’t have to run to the toliet. I am able to walk and not worry about voiding on myself. At first, looking at the 25 page instruction booklet made me a little nervous-didn’t want to” electrocute” myself. Read it several times and then gave it a try. So far, no problems. I was impressed with the reviews. P4 suppose to be the most challenging level. Did not read any reviews on P4. I’m P3 and setting is 25. Gradually working my way up. Purchased for wife to see if it would address incontinence issues. She has been using it daily for about 2 1/2 weeks and has already seen substantial improvement. She says it really makes a difference, gives her more confidence when leaving the house. She started at level 15, as instruction manual recommends. Has gradually increased to level 35 (out of 100). She likes this solution much better than some of medications on the market.

Highly personally recommend this device. You don’t have to waste time and money going to the doctor for this biofeedback procedure for pelvic floor. This device has it all. Just buy it and strengthen your pelvic muscles. The quality of life is improving so much when you don’t have to run to bathroom frequently. The first level of the biofeedback is very strong already I don’t go higher , but if the muscles are really week like after the labour then it’s great that this device has high levels of strength.
